The GefenTV 1:4 splitter for HDMI allows set-top boxes, DVD players and other HDTV devices to be connected to up to four HDTV displays. When two or more GefenTV HDMI 1:4 splitters are connected together, they can be used to create a larger video signal distribution. This new unit supports HDMI 1.3 features and passes the higher bandwidth HDMI 1.3 signal for the ultimate in state-of-the-art HDMI signal duplication.
The Gefen 1:4 Splitter for HDMI 1.3 is a distribution hub that sends the same video output to four or more HDTV digital displays. It is a flexible solution that accommodates multiple displays. When two or more HDMI splitters are connected together, they can be used to create a larger distribution.
The HDMI 1:4 Splitter is connected using a HDMI cable from the HDMI source to the HDMI splitter input. There are four HDMI outputs. Each output is connected to an HDMI display. Power is cycled amongst all equipment, then all connected displays will show an exact replica of the video signal that is input to the Splitter.
Note: This HDMI product supports BOTH Audio and Video signals.
